Quality Control

Midland Alloy is dedicated to a policy of total quality assurance. SPC, FMEA, Capability studies and other modern quality diciplines are used where appropriate. Quality management of all activities (in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008) aims for zero defects and full conformity to specification.
When required, FARO software and CMM's are used for comparing a physical part to original CAD data.  Detailed graphical reports can be generated based on the quality control specification from our customers.  SPC figures and data for capability studies can also be extracted from our networked central databases, enabling constant monitoring of results.
